Electrical Engineer for Production Optimization

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Manager of Production Optimization in Bobingen, Germany. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to workplace safety, health, and environment. Your primary focus will be on optimizing production processes to achieve cost-effectiveness, meet deadlines, and maintain product quality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining legal compliance and implementing company policies related to workplace safety, health, and environment
• Overseeing the entire production optimization process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality production outcomes
• Leading the personnel in the production optimization department
• Optimizing and automating production facilities in collaboration with adjacent departments
• Identifying potential areas for improvement through technical weakness analyses and proactively implementing corrective measures
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation for all processes and procedures within the production optimization department
• Managing projects within the production optimization area, involving external partners and consultants
• Serving as the point of contact during audits

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, such as Automation or Mechanical Engineering.
