We are seeking a highly skilled Subsystem Manager - Control and Information Systems to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating sub-system activities and stakeholders from requirement capture/analysis to the end of project contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Coordinate Sub-System Activities: Manage cross-functionally sub-system level stakeholders, activities, and deliverables, making needed arbitration to reach QCDP commitment.
- Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate and synchronize sub-system activities with other sub-Systems and project teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Technical Project Management: Utilize technical project management experience to cover relevant phases in the V model lifecycle.
- Process Awareness: Uphold awareness of processes for project and product development, including knowledge of railway or other safety-regulated industry norms and certifications.
- Functional and System Engineering: Apply functional and system/software engineering knowledge to optimize project outcomes.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical project management within the V-model lifecycle.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of project and product development processes, particularly in safety-regulated industries.
- Skills: Effective communicator with a knack for holding people accountable, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player with a focus on customer satisfaction.
