Senior Consultant, Process Management Expert

As a Senior Consultant, Process Management Expert, you'll lead our agile project teams to accelerate our customers' digital transformation and drive Celonis' international expansion.

The Role

You'll identify our customers' strategic priorities and lead your project team towards successful SaaS projects in process management and management systems. You'll become an expert in all kinds of company processes, such as Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production, e-Commerce, Opportunity Management, and Supply Chain Management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the implementation process while delivering exceptionally high levels of service to ensure the optimal solution for our customers with our Celonis technology.
  • Apply your experience in businesses and organizations of all sizes to help our customers improve their process management and overall efficiency.
  • Leverage best practices to redesign processes, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enable customers to model and manage their processes in Celonis Process Management.
  • Set the foundation for the path to value to make the long-term customer success journey happen.

What You'll Need

  • Working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Business Process Management, Process Improvement, or a similar area.
  • Business Process Management (BPM): In-depth knowledge of BPM solutions and their application in optimizing business processes.
  • Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions: Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, and the ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
  • You're dedicated, visionary, and want to actively drive our Celonis technology forward.
  • Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and known for being a quick learner.
  • Succesfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
