Key Responsibilities:- Installation, replacement, and calibration of heat meter, warm and cold water meters, and heat cost allocators
- Installation, replacement, and maintenance of smoke detectors
- Setup of wireless sites using the designated IT equipment
- Service area is Munich
- Completed apprenticeship in a trade with several years of work experience
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Strong customer service and customer orientation, as well as structured and independent working methods
- Organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to work
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Unlimited contract in full-time with 40 hours per week
- 30 days of annual leave
