MOIA Operations Germany GmbH is seeking a talented Brand Design Working Student to join our Brand Team on a shared journey that matters.

As a Brand Design Working Student, you will be part of a diverse design team of 30 UX-, product-, brand-, communication designers and UX researchers. The brand design team is responsible for designing and directing how the brand communicates visually and is experienced across all touchpoints. Therefore, we create guides and resources for our partners to enable them to make beautiful brand expressions. We also design communication for external and internal purposes.

The role and your impact at MOIA Operations Germany GmbH

  • Create engaging marketing, service and product communication in our MOIA brand design by designing visuals and animations mostly for digital touchpoints like social media, mailings, our website and ads for a cohesive look and feel.
  • Work together with multiple stakeholders (Design, Marketing, Sales, People and Relations, Operations, etc.) in an agile environment
  • Be an advocate for a consistent brand design and design experience throughout the company
  • Enjoy and contribute to working in a collaborative, motivating and open atmosphere

What will help you to fulfill your role

The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, has a passion for great design, is excited to work in high-performance teams, and can thrive in a startup culture.

  • Enrolled in a brand or communication design study program and first experience in the field
  • Available at least for 12 months
  • A portfolio showcasing your design skills, talent and experience
  • Knowledge in design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience in animating with After Effects
  • Fluent in English, German is nice-to-have
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing environment with tight deadlines
  • Enthusiastic about future mobility

Student Community

We are a diverse group of mostly students, who are curious, motivated and always eager to learn new things. We are a community of approx. 20 people, living in Hamburg and Berlin. We get together once per quarter to discuss different topics like sharing projects from our daily work or just for a coffee chat.

As a Working Student, you will be working on challenging projects with high impact. You work together with your team, who will help you to identify project goals, while also inspiring you, mentoring you and supporting your professional development.
