Human Resources Development Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Development Assistant to join our team at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH. As a key member of our HR People and Organisational Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our talent management and leadership development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating development tools and measures for the RWE Supply & Trading GmbH Talent Management and leadership development
- Research individually suitable training options for RWEST talents
- Assist in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating the RWEST 'Traders Training'
- Help organising local and target-specific training, workshops, and team-building activities in our global locations
- Be the main point of contact for organisational inquiries from trainers, participants, hotels, etc
- Support our colleagues in general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Currently studying in the field of business administration, business psychology or a comparable program
- Have gained initial experience in the field of people development
- Demonstrate a structured, detail-oriented work style, as well as high reliability and independence
- Solve problems creatively and with a "hands-on" mentality and be a genuine team player
- Have excellent German and English language skills, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
