About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Bakery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our bakery products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote and sell bakery products to customers, including bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery section.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote products and create an attractive store environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals and objectives.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
