Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the Bakery department. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting our products to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Bakery department, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Promote our products to drive sales, including suggesting items to customers and creating visually appealing displays.
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a bakery or food service environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
