Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the Enable Now Document Management System
  • Enhance documentation structure in Enable Now
  • Create process flows in Signavio at Level 1 and Level 2
  • Develop and update documents in Enable Now and Wiki, documenting existing processes
  • Identify and address gaps or redundancies in documentation
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including automation, analysis, and implementation support
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board calls to discuss documentation updates and requirements

Requirements

  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, Confluence, Jira, Signavio, and LeanIX
  • Fluency in English, with German as a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for working with cross-cultural teams
