Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Workstudent to support our Customer Success managers with the analysis of vendor data and ensure this gets correctly translated into the Choco AI user interface. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, processing, and analysis, with excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Customer Success managers with vendor data analysis and translation into Choco AI user interface
- Train Choco AI model by processing orders before partnership launch to ensure high accuracy levels
- Provide Choco AI model with perfect order examples to accelerate learning process
- Own Choco AI performance for partnerships post-launch
Requirements
- Native German speaker
- Master of data entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task
- Detail-oriented with high standards and ability to complete repetitive tasks
- Clear and efficient communicator with ability to streamline processes and enhance team collaboration
- Proficient in GSuite, especially Google Sheets, to organize, analyze, and present data effectively
- Team-first attitude with humility and collaborative spirit
- Hospitality/F&B experience welcomed, bringing valuable insights and customer-focused skills
About the Team
Choco was founded in Berlin in 2018 and has since expanded to a team of over 400 committed Chocorians working from Choco offices in the US, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the UK, and Spain. Our ordering app is used by over 15K buyers and over 10K suppliers around the globe, processing hundreds of thousands of tons of food every month.
