Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Controller to join our Controlling Team at Hoyer Unternehmensgruppe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive overview of our company's key performance indicators and supporting our management team in making strategic decisions.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as ad-hoc analyses
• Analysis and preparation of key financial metrics
• Support in the development of new reporting structures
• Participation in various projects
• Active exchange with colleagues and management to identify improvement potentials
• Development of internal Controlling processes
• Support in the annual financial statement

• Completed business administration studies with a focus on finance or equivalent training
• First relevant work experience in the field of Controlling is desirable
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of exchanging ideas with colleagues
• Strong team player with a high level of motivation for new topics and independent working style
• Good analytical thinking and solution-oriented working
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge of Lucanet is an advantage
