Junior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Controller to join our Controlling Team at Hoyer Unternehmensgruppe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive overview of our company's key performance indicators and supporting our management team in making strategic decisions.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as ad-hoc reports
• Analysis and presentation of financial data to support business decisions
• Support in the development of new reporting structures
• Participation in various projects to drive business growth
• Collaboration with colleagues and management to identify areas for improvement
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of our internal controlling processes
• Support during the annual financial statement preparation

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with a focus on finance
• Relevant work experience in controlling or a related field is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with a high level of motivation and a proactive approach
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Lucanet is an asset
