We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Purchase to Pay Specialist to join our team at Vion Food Group.

As an ERP Purchase to Pay Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and continuity of our ERP system. You will also be involved in the implementation of new processes within the current ERP Purchase to Pay solution.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contribution to the implementation of tools for the management, maintenance, and support of applications
  • Monitoring the integrity of the application landscape
  • Execution of application operations and automation of these operations where possible
  • Application problem and incident management
  • Management of application documentation
  • Preparation of the decision-making process for the product owner
  • Support for the development of a functional design

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in (technical) business administration or IT
  • At least 2-5 years of work experience in a similar environment
  • Experience in the food sector or an education in the food sector is an advantage
  • Experience with purchase-to-pay processes and with agile/scrum working methods is an advantage; also good handling of SAP
  • Very good knowledge of German and English and also speak Dutch
  • Familiarity with change management processes (ITIL)
  • Very good analytical skills, can solve problems well and are excellently organised
