Job Summary

We are seeking an ERP Purchase to Pay Specialist to join our team. As an ERP Purchase to Pay Specialist, you will be responsible for the availability, performance, and continuity of our ERP system. You will also participate in the consideration and implementation of new processes within our current ERP Purchase to Pay solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation of tools for the management, maintenance, and support of our applications.
  • Monitor the integrity of our application landscape.
  • Execute application operations and automate these operations where possible.
  • Manage application problem and incident management.
  • Manage application documentation.
  • Prepare the decision-making process for the product owner.
  • Support the development of a functional design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in (technical) business administration or IT.
  • At least 2-5 years of work experience in a similar environment.
  • Experience in the food sector or an education in the food sector is an advantage.
  • Experience with purchase-to-pay processes and with agile/scrum working methods is an advantage; also good handling of SAP.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English and also speak Dutch.
  • Familiarity with change management processes (ITIL).
  • Very good analytical skills, can solve problems well, and are excellently organized.
