Dein spannendes Aufgabenfeld:

Als Sales Engineer bei Würth Elektronik eiSos bist du mehr als nur Verkäufer. Du zeigst Wege auf, lieferst Antworten und übertriffst Erwartungen. Dein Ziel ist es, die individuellen Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden zu verstehen, sie mit fachlicher Expertise kompetent zu beraten und perfekte Lösungen für ihre komplexen technischen Herausforderungen zu finden.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Vertrauensvoll handeln: Gewinnung von Neukunden und Betreuung deiner Bestandskunden
  • Nachhaltig begeistern: Präsentation unseres Produktportfolios "elektromechanische Bauelemente" und unserer Services bei deinen Kunden vor Ort innerhalb deines Vertriebsgebiets
  • Fachlich glänzen: Kompetente Beratung deiner Kunden beim Design-In
  • Für alles sorgen: Angebotserstellung inklusive eigenverantwortlicher Preisgestaltung, Begleitung deiner Projekte bis zum Vertragsabschluss und darüber hinaus
  • Optimal organisieren: Vor- und Nachbereitung deiner Kundentermine im Homeoffice
Deine überzeugenden Fähigkeiten:

Wir suchen nach einem engagierten und motivierten Sales Engineer, der folgende Fähigkeiten mitbringt:

  • Basics: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen / Elektrotechnik oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) in Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Kommunikationstechnik oder Verkehrstechnik
  • Leidenschaft: Begeisterung für den Vertrieb, Einfühlungsvermögen und unternehmerisches Gespür
  • Reisebereitschaft: Spaß daran, unterwegs zu sein und vor Ort beim Kunden zu beraten (ca. 3 Tage in der Woche)
  • Kommunikation: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Stärken: Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationstalent, Argumentationsstärke, Eigenmotivation und -organisation sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
