Your Role: Driving Growth in the Industrial & Commercial Sector
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in expanding our presence within the industrial and commercial construction market in Nordbayern. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored solutions for clients, and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities: Shaping the Future of Construction
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers in the industrial and commercial sectors.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and develop customized construction solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and contracts that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering and design specialists, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Qualifications: Your Expertise Matters
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in selling industrial and commercial construction projects.
- Strong technical understanding of building materials and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software.
