Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets diverse customer segments.
- Identify and develop tailored solutions to support cross-selling initiatives in our product portfolio.
- Lead the transformation process to prioritize digital approaches and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze key performance indicators using our cloud-based system landscape (Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite) to inform strategic decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Support the growth strategy and change management process for our products, transitioning from on-premise solutions to cloud-based applications.
- Develop and nurture the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and empathetic work environment.
- Proven expertise in marketing strategy development and execution, with a deep understanding of current market trends.
- Passion for driving innovative marketing initiatives and a strong track record of delivering results.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that address complex market dynamics.
- Strong change management skills and the ability to lead the marketing team through transformation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proven experience in using data and analytics to measure marketing performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
