Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Marketing Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets multiple customer segments.
• Identify and develop solutions to support cross-selling initiatives within our product portfolio.
• Lead the transformation process to prioritize digital approaches and drive business growth.
• Analyze key performance indicators using our cloud-based system landscape (Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite) to inform data-driven decisions and measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
• Support the growth strategy and change management process for our products, transitioning from on-premise solutions to cloud-based applications.
• Develop and implement a talent development plan for the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and empathetic work environment.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in marketing strategy development and execution, with a strong understanding of current market trends.
• Passion for driving innovation and implementing forward-thinking marketing initiatives.
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that address the complexities of a specific market.
• Strong understanding of change management processes and the ability to lead the marketing team through transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proven experience in using data and key performance indicators to measure marketing success and inform business decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
