Marketing Director

Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for creating engaging campaigns? Do you have a knack for developing and executing regional marketing plans that drive results?
We're seeking a talented Marketing Director to join our team at edyn. As a key member of our Central Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing regional and property-level marketing plans that cover outdoor, social, partnerships, membership, and community-based activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing overarching and integrated brand-led campaigns to raise front-of-mind awareness and drive revenue.
- Deploying integrated communications activity for seasonal and ad-hoc promotional campaigns.
- Pinpointing new media opportunities in the DACH market to support communications requirements.
- Acting as a key contact between our DACH properties and our Central Marketing Team.
- Supporting the Central Marketing Team in translating and proof-reading copy for web, campaigns, and other media.
Requirements include:
- At least 5 years' marketing or communications experience, preferably in the hotel sector.
- A strong command of both written and spoken German and English is required; additional languages are an asset.
- Experience of working within the Munich area or wider DACH market.
- Self-motivated, determination to deliver targets.
- Project management and marketing expertise across the full comms mix.
- Commercial acumen.
- Analytical mindset, with obsessive attention to detail.

This role is a permanent, full-time position, and we're looking for the incumbent to start as soon as possible. Based on property in Munich, but with flexibility to balance between working from home and being on property. Flexibility is required to travel to Berlin and Zurich, as well as the London and Bristol offices when required.
