Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute our overall marketing strategy in alignment with our business strategy
- Lead, train, and guide our marketing team
- Research and analyze marketing trends, demographics, competitor products, and pricing
- Manage and measure the ROI and KPIs of the department and campaigns being run
- Oversee social media accounts for customer engagement and employer branding purposes
- Work with the team on the website: design, tone/messaging, and conversion strategy
- Establish an online communication strategy for blog content
Requirements:
- Fluent English and German
- Several years of experience within fast-growing, consumer-focused businesses
- In-depth knowledge of mass sales in the residential market
- An understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to achieve maximum impact on relevant situations and audiences
- Knowledge of social media and its different uses as communication and customer service channels
