Position Overview

We are seeking seasoned Compliance Professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a global organization.

Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer of equipment, headquartered in NRW, looking to expand their Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Play a pivotal role in addressing Anti-corruption and Antitrust challenges.
  • Oversee a team of 3 full-time employees and offer expert advice on compliance issues.
  • Facilitate training programs for employees on a global scale.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a multinational corporation.
  • Strong educational background in Law.
  • Fluency in English with demonstrated professional proficiency.
  • Willingness to undertake international travel.
  • Skilled in digital tools and compliance technologies.
