Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at IKA Werke. As a Mechanical Engineer for Project and Development, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical systems and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and products from concept to production
  • Conduct technical calculations, simulations, and drawings to visualize technical solutions
  • Create detailed technical documentation as a basis for groundbreaking developments
  • Contribute to the improvement and safety of products through precise hazard and error analyses
  • Develop and test functional prototypes
  • Actively participate in the development of new and series products in the event of changes and first samples
  • Bring your knowledge and experience into an international team and lead projects worldwide to success
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Deep expertise in mechanics and engineering sciences
  • Several years of experience in developing mechanical systems
  • Fundamental knowledge of CAD software and other relevant technical tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Teamwork and good communication skills
