Project Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Consultant to join our External Certifications & Audits team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex and large-scale onboarding projects to prepare SAP solutions for new external audits and certifications.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end coordination and management of onboarding projects, including project assignments, monitoring, and reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to collect and report key metrics, and assist with the development and reporting of key audit dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a focus on listening to stakeholder and customer needs.
- Drive and promote continuous improvement by initiating and leading retrospectives.
- Convert proven best practices into sustainable standards.
- Coach project managers with less experience and proactively share knowledge, expertise, and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in IT/Cloud auditing and controls.
- Project management experience and ability to successfully manage projects end-to-end.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 4+ years of relevant working experience.
- Good communication skills in English, highly developed interpersonal skills, and strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization and in a diverse team.
- Team player with strong service attitude.
- Agility, openness, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
