Project Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our External Certifications & Audits team as a Project Consultant – Compliance & Certification. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating the planning and execution of security and compliance audits, working closely with cross-functional teams to collaborate on projects and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage (sub)projects end-to-end, ensuring timely completion and transparent status reporting.
- Handle multiple projects with overlapping deadlines, prioritizing tasks and stakeholders effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management skills, focusing on listening to stakeholder and customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvement, converting proven best practices into sustainable standards.
- Utilize various tools, procedures, and programming languages to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, natural science, engineering, economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, project management, quality, and/or security.
- Practical knowledge in Project Management.
- Working experience in international and virtual projects.
- Passion for compliance and ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
- Good communication skills in English language, highly developed interpersonal skills, and strong ability to work in a diverse team.
- Agility, openness, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of ISO, SOC, C5 related certifications and audits is a plus.
