About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management Professional to join our team at Page Personnel. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external partners, including clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Language: Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages a plus.
