**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at the Novotel Hamburg Central Station. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen, banquet, and service areas
  • Prepare and maintain individual stations for kitchen and service
  • Clean and maintain storage rooms, refrigerators, and other equipment
  • Ensure proper waste separation and disposal
  • Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness (HACCP)

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role or willingness to learn
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
