Hotel Receptionist (f/m/d) Role Overview

As a Receptionist (f/m/d) at MEININGER Hotel Köln West, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide advice on local attractions, activities, and additional services.
  • Take care of operational and administrative tasks, including invoicing, hour registration, and online reputation management.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of service quality and hotel occupancy.
  • Be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the hotel or HORECA industry is an advantage.
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent German and English language skills (solid A2-B1 Level), with any additional languages being an asset.
