We are seeking a highly skilled Tracking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for elevating our marketing tracking capabilities to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Data Analysis
- Analyze Google Analytics data to ensure accurate data collection and identify new business avenues
- Evaluate tracking configurations and share insights with the team and stakeholders
- Tracking System Maintenance
- Work closely with the web team to enhance and maintain the GA-based tracking system
- Provide clear tracking implementation requirements, suggest improvements, and address any bugs
- Reporting and Quality Assurance
- Create insightful reports and dashboards as requested
- Conduct tracking quality assurance checks
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Assist stakeholders in understanding tracking mechanisms and ensure configurations are up-to-date
- Introduce innovative tools and platforms to enhance user acquisition marketing teams
Requirements:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Google Analytics implementation and data analysis
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager data collection best practices
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process and data tracking improvement
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Technical proficiency, attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and effective communication skills
- Team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Ownership mentality and pride in delivering high-quality work
- Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML is advantageous
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 is a plus
