Learning Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Learning Consultant to join our team at Bots & People Product GmbH. As a Junior Learning Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of learning programs that drive business efficiency and employee upskilling.
Key Responsibilities:- Material Creation: Assist in the creation and review of learning materials and concepts, ensuring that presentations, slides, and other resources are visually appealing and effectively communicate key concepts.
- Communication and Support: Ensure clear and timely communication with learners, answering support tickets to assist with technical or content-related inquiries.
- Project Management: Support the learning and sales teams by managing logistics and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth execution of all program components.
- Didactical Consulting: Oversee the end-to-end learning journey for our learners, leveraging AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes.
- Expert Management: Provide trainers with necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver high-quality training programs, fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in both German and English at a native or fluent level, particularly in a business context.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and a passion for creating visually appealing and clear learning materials.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Service-oriented mindset and willingness to support learners and team members.
- 30 vacation days per year, with the flexibility of unlimited remote work or the option to work from our Berlin office.
