Senior Learning Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to lead and own three critical facets of our learning programs: revenue responsibility with enterprise customers, didactical consulting, and trainer management.
As a Senior Learning Consultant at Bots & People, you will be responsible for the following:
- Revenue responsibility: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique training needs and challenges.
- Didactical Consulting: Oversee the end-to-end learning journey for our learners, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience, leveraging AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes.
- Expert recruitment: Provide trainers with the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver high-quality training programs.
- Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans for learning programs, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Moderation: Facilitate live trainings with enterprise customers on the topics of genAI, Low Code, or Process Automation.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably collaborating with L&D Departments of large enterprises.
- Experience in designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in consultancy/agency or fast-growing B2B edtech environments.
- Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen, persuade, and support.
- 30 vacation days per year + unlimited home office days, remote work, or work from our beautiful Berlin office.
