Aviation Logistics Specialist
Chapman Freeborn Airchartering is seeking an experienced Aviation Logistics Specialist to join our team in Cologne. As an Aviation Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating customer business needs and logistics/courier requirements, and developing effective plans to meet these needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare time-critical quotations for incoming requests, ensuring timely offers with detailed and accurate information are provided to clients.
- Allocate couriers to pending orders for worldwide requests and book their travel arrangements.
- Liaise, direct, and give clear detailed instructions and information to couriers and their assignments, modifying assignments as necessary to meet global customer needs.
- Monitor and track ongoing shipments to ensure high-quality service delivery to customers and meet company expectations.
- Sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with external suppliers and service providers, determining and delivering appropriate training if necessary to meet company requirements.
- Debtor and Creditor invoicing and order settlement.
