About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Coordinator to join our team at Stadtwerke Norderstedt. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for planning and executing fiber optic projects in urban areas, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and design fiber optic infrastructure in urban areas, working closely with our engineering team.
  • Develop and implement FTTO (Fiber to the Office) installations, ensuring seamless connectivity and high-speed data transfer.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project plans, including permits and execution schedules.
  • Ensure quality, cost, and timeline adherence, taking ownership of project outcomes.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver successful project outcomes, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering or telecommunications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure planning and project management, preferably in the FTTX industry.
  • Strong knowledge of planning software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) and excellent English language skills.
