About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent German speaking sales representative to join our team in Greece. As a sales and support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the German market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, chat, and email
- Track and follow cases to ensure efficient and timely resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels, representing our clients' brands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Work towards achieving targets set by client statements of work and internal goals
Requirements:
- Fluency in German
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge and technical savviness
- Resourceful and able to multitask
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
