Job Title: Senior Cross-Segment Marketing Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cross-Segment Marketing Communications Manager to join our global Marketing Communications team in the Business Unit Communications, Security Systems division.

About the Role

The Senior Cross-Segment Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of digital marketing communications strategies across web, social media, email, blogs, and other digital communication tools. This role will also oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing communications tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing communications strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing communications campaigns across web, social media, email, blogs, and other digital communication tools
  • Identify and leverage market trends and competitor insights to ensure a competitive edge in digital communications
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing communications campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing communications strategies
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing communications, with a focus on strategy implementation and execution
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in digital marketing communications tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, CRM, CMS, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS) and experience with content management systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to direct web development and design resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Language(s): English, German an advantage
