Head of Customer Success

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Account Management to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers who are responsible for welcoming customers onto our platform and ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall pipeline of new and existing customers joining the platform.
- Collaborate with the Head of Direct Sales to ensure a smooth handover process from deal to partnership.
- Refine and optimize current processes, including tools used to connect and maintain customer relationships.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers.
- Develop each team member to increase adoption of the platform and payments across existing customers.
- Ensure clear communications between the sales team and collaborate to ensure setup checklists are completed and customers are handed over properly.
- Grow the customer base through up- and cross-selling opportunities by analyzing market opportunities and developing the team to provide effective solutions.
- Ensure the team exceeds its monthly MRR and KPI targets.
