Digital Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Manager to join our team at Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH. As a key member of our Service department, you will play a crucial role in advancing our digital product portfolio and ensuring maximum operational stability.
Key Responsibilities- Support and Advice: Provide guidance and support to our subsidiaries worldwide in building support and operational capacities for our digital product portfolio.
- Digital Product Administration: Administer, maintain, and support our digital products during commissioning and ongoing operations to ensure maximum operational stability.
- Strategic Concept Development: Develop strategic concepts to decide which skills should be developed locally in subsidiaries and which should be centralized at the headquarters to maximize effectiveness.
- Digital Service Solutions: Develop new digital service solutions and closely align requirements with relevant stakeholders to provide customer-centric and future-proof solutions.
- Critical Infrastructure Support: Support the operational capability of critical infrastructure (servers, cloud, authentication concepts) in the Digital Operations area and actively contribute to process improvements.
- Quality Standards: Implement and manage uniform quality standards in the Digital Operations area across various regions to ensure consistency and service excellence.
- Data Analysis: Prepare data, reports, overviews, and charts related to digital products to support informed decision-making and create transparency.
- University Degree: Hold a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- IT Project Experience: Have extensive experience in the planning, management, and implementation of IT projects, ideally in the field of digital products in a medical technology company.
- System Knowledge: Ideally, have knowledge of CRM, PLM, and ERP systems and their structures.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high level of service orientation.
- International Experience: Be willing to travel internationally (especially Europe, NAM, APAC) and have experience in an international environment.
- Language Skills: Be fluent in English and ideally in German.
