Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Divisional Controlling team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to the division, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving business improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to the division, including data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement initiatives and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate support.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English and German.
