Risk Management Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Global Physical Security organization, you will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day operations to ensure the physical safety and security of SAP employees, buildings, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the implementation of physical security measures to protect SAP's global assets, including buildings, data centers, and other critical infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage and execute security projects, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of security systems and protocols.
- Provide training and awareness programs to SAP employees on security best practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Facilities and IT, to ensure seamless integration of security measures.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to ensure effective response to security incidents.
- Monitor and analyze security metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, and implement best practices to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in physical security, risk management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and executing security operations, including risk assessments, security audits, and incident response.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex security data and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing security landscapes.
