We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Specialist to join our Global Security and Cloud Compliance organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in strengthening the security foundation for SAP, a world-class enterprise software company.
Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement quantification methods for assessing security risks, providing subject matter expertise on risk quantification to internal stakeholders. You will also support the Security Risk Management team to integrate security risk governance and compliance into strategic plans, promoting efficient and sound business processes and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement quantification methods for assessing security risks
- Support and execute the security risk quantification process, providing subject matter expertise on risk quantification to internal stakeholders
- Support the Security Risk Management team to integrate security risk governance and compliance into strategic plans
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, and implementing tools and methodologies that enhance end-to-end process efficiency
- Foster a customer and data-centric approach and drive automation of key elements of the Security Risk Management process
- Professional working experience within Product/Cyber Security, Compliance, and/or Security Risk functions and processes
- Knowledge in security-related laws, regulations, strategies, processes, and operations, standards, and services
- Strong stakeholder engagement/management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and convincingly with different stakeholders
- Demonstrate accountability, transparency, integrity, and a team-oriented approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- 7+ years' experience working in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Ability to leverage mathematical or statistical methods
- Analytical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively
- Security certification: CISSP, CRISC, or OpenFAIR preferred
