Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global processes for the Global Service business unit, ensuring continuous improvement and documentation.
  • Lead the rollout of new processes and provide training for employees across the Global Service business unit.
  • Manage internal project tasks from planning through to implementation and project oversight.
  • Advise business units on enhancements to the Global Service operations.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and conduct internal audits.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for inquiries related to Global Service from international subsidiaries.

Candidate Profile:

  • A completed apprenticeship or degree in industrial engineering or economics is required.
  • Several years of professional experience in an industrial setting, preferably within the aviation or metalworking sectors.
  • Experience in project management is a valuable asset.
  • A service-oriented mindset, strong teamwork abilities, and a structured, proactive, and analytical approach to work are essential.
  • Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken, is necessary.
