Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global processes for the Global Service division, ensuring ongoing refinement and standardization, along with necessary documentation
  • Oversee the rollout of new processes and conduct training for global employees within the Global Service unit
  • Manage internal project tasks from initial planning through to implementation and project oversight
  • Provide advisory support to business units for continuous enhancements to Global Service
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and conduct internal audits
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for inquiries related to Global Service for international subsidiaries

Candidate Profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship or degree in industrial engineering or economics
  • Several years of experience in an industrial setting, preferably within the aviation or metalworking sectors
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Service-oriented with a collaborative spirit, demonstrating a structured, proactive, and analytical approach to work, along with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal skills
