As a 2nd Level Support Technician at Hemmersbach GmbH & Co. KG in Munich, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems, deployment and maintenance of IT systems, hardware repairs, and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system. You will also be responsible for creating system documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and set up complex IT systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Deployment and Maintenance: Deploy and maintain IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
  • Hardware Repairs: Repair hardware issues and perform 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system.
  • System Documentation: Create system documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and smooth handovers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience.
  • Experience: Experience in IT support and working with ticketing systems.
  • Skills: Software & Hardware knowledge in Second Level Support as well as experience in the Microsoft environment.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and a good command of English, which you enjoy using on a daily basis.
