  • Weiterentwicklung und Design von kaufmännischen Prozessen im Bereich SAP CO inklusive systemischer Umsetzung
  • Teilprojektleitung Finance im Rahmen konzernweiter SAP S/4 HANA Projekte
  • Standardisierung und Harmonisierung der konzernweiten Applikationslandschaft sowie Unterstützung bei der Übernahme des Betriebs vom externen Dienstleister
  • Beratung und Training unserer Business Partner in den Zentral- und Fachbereichen der Rheinmetall Gesellschaften
  • Steuerung und Management externer Dienstleister
  • Stabilisierung der bestehenden Systemlandschaft

Die Position kann an den Standorten Berlin, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, Bremen und Neuenstadt besetzt werden.


  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informationstechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Applikationsmanagement bzw. in vergleichbarer Position
  • Umfassendes Wissen im Bereich SAP CO
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP FI, PS und S/4 Hana von Vorteil
  • Methodisches Wissen (idealerweise mit Zertifizierung) in den Bereichen Projektmanagement und ITIL wünschenswert
  • Großes Interesse am Aufbau eines professionellen Inhouse-Applikationsbetriebes sowie Projektsupports
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Reisebereitschaft
