Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Analyst - Health, Pharma & Medtech Researcher to join our Editorial Content team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting research, content database management, and editorial work.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conduct desktop research on the health, pharma and medical technology market with a focus on French (European) topics.
  • Build an understanding of valid data sources and potential data partners in the industry.
  • Generate research topics for the database development, in close communication with the team lead and fellow editors in the industry team.
  • Manage SEO-optimized web content via Statista's own Content Management System (CMS), in accordance with departments' goals, monitoring usage and keeping the database up to date.
  • Edit, publish, and contextualize statistical information in English, via the statista.com platform, following Statista's editorial style and documentation.
  • Create and maintain a host of editorial products, including individual statistics, statistics reports, trend reports as well as topic, industry, and landing pages.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of undergraduate studies.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills; first editorial experience in English.
  • Good French language skills (for research); affiliation to France and French topics.
  • Ability to describe complicated data in a concise and comprehensible manner.
  • Structured, organized, and independent working style with attention to quality, detail, and accuracy.
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of health-related topics.
