Wir suchen eine motivierte und engagierte Werkstudent:in, die sich für die Prozessentwicklung begeistert und unsere Standortleitung unterstützen möchte. Du wirst Teil unseres dynamischen Teams und profitierst von tollen Benefits und einer einzigartigen People-first-Kultur.

Was du brauchst
  • Du bist an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert, idealerweise in einem relevanten Studiengang, wie z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Industrial Engineering, Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie oder Prozessmanagement
  • Du bringst eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und gehst gerne aktiv auf deine Stakeholder (unser Produktionsteam) zu
  • Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
Dein Beitrag
  • Prozessdokumentation und Standortanalyse: Du arbeitest eng mit der Standortleitung und dem Produktionsteam zusammen, um Prozesse zu verbessern. Dazu analysierst du unsere Produktionsstandorte, beobachtest Arbeitsabläufe und dokumentierst
  • Vielfältige Arbeitsumgebung: Mit deiner Hands-On-Mentalität macht es dir Spaß, sowohl digital zu arbeiten als auch an unseren Standorten in Olching und Dachau mit anzupacken.
  • Terminplanung und Organisation: Du planst Termine sowie Meetings und behältst dabei immer den Überblick.
  • Administrative Unterstützung und Kommunikation: Du unterstützt die Standortleitung in allen administrativen Aufgaben und sorgst für klare Kommunikation, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
  • Pionier bei Produktionsprojekten: Übernimm kleinere Projekte, arbeite an spannenden Aufgaben und bringe deine Ideen ein.
