About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer to join our team at One Data GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for demonstrating our software to clients, discussing integration with their data stack, and guiding them on the benefits of treating data as a product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our sales team to take technical responsibility for the sales cycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' business challenges and strategies to identify the best solution for them.
  • Provide technical advice and integrate our software into the client's data architecture.
  • Support in proof of value scoping and ensure a smooth technical hand-over to our customer delivery team.
  • Collaborate with our product team to provide field-level feedback and input to steer the future product roadmap.
  • Create and run demos, trainings, workshops, and event presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience as a Solution Engineer with a background in software sales cycles.
  • Broad technical awareness with expertise in data, analytics, BI, data quality, data integration, Data Mesh, MDM, data layers, Big Data.
  • Experience building and delivering proofs of value and responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Fluency in German and good to very good English skills.
  • Will to travel.
