About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in the sales process, supporting our sales and new business teams with administrative tasks, data analysis, and customer communication. Your expertise will be invaluable to our team, and you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including creating regular C-Level reports and ad-hoc analyses, monitoring and evaluating sales progress, analyzing and maintaining our sales pipeline, developing and managing our CRM tool Pipedrive, and supporting our sales team with pitch preparations and events.
Requirements- A completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and managing projects with various stakeholders
