We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Electrical Territory Sales Specialist. About the Role:
- This role will cover South Germany, requiring frequent travel for customer visits.
- You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and driving business growth in your assigned territory.
- Your primary objective will be to close deals by applying the Sales Process, manage your portfolio effectively, and work closely with channel partners to achieve shared goals.
- You will also be expected to use CRM daily, recording activities, sales funnel, and customer platform data, and share improvement opportunities with the Sales Manager.

- A competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
- Ability to work out of a home office and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
