Das Landesamt für Digitalisierung, Breitband und Vermessung sucht einen erfahrenen IT-Experten, der sich auf die Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit von IT-Systemen spezialisiert hat. Als Trustcenter Service Specialist werden Sie an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Technik und Dienstleistern tätig.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Beratung und Überwachung der Registrierungsstellen der bayerischen Verwaltung
  • Überwachung und Reporting der Einhaltung der SLAs externer Dienstleister
  • Störungsanalyse und -management
  • Pflege der internen Wissensdatenbank
  • 1st und 2nd-Level Support für Anfragen der Nutzer der Bayern-PKI
  • Organisation von Schulungen für interne Mitarbeitende
Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Studienfach Informatik oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Service Management Spezialist und umfangreiche Fortbildungen in zwei weiteren IT-Fachgebieten
  • Kenntnisse in der Anwendung kryptographischer Verfahren sowie fundierte ITIL-Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
