We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Leader to join our team at Hairexpress. As a Salon Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of hair stylists and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of hair stylists and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality experience.
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory, and staff management.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a salon leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Certifications: A valid certification in hair styling or a related field.
